Our Services for your Success.
Services at Casthouse (R)Evolution Center
From alloy development and sample material to hands-on training, we support you throughout the entire process.
High Performance Material
Materials tailored to your exact specifications.
In the CRC, we cast and characterize customer-specific aluminum alloys under real foundry conditions. We specialize in flexible batch sizes for both vertical and horizontal continuous casting—from 1.5 to 7.5 tonnes—enabling us to produce specialty alloys and tailored qualities for your application. We also supply customized quantities to support your product development.
Together, new alloys can be tested, optimized, and validated on an industrial scale before moving into series production—quickly, efficiently, and with minimal risk.
Your benefits at a glance:
- Small batch size (1,5–7,5 t)
- Custom-made alloys
- Variable dimensions
Professional training for your foundry operators and specialists.
Training
Take advantage of this opportunity and benefit from the expertise of two internationally established companies in the aluminum industry based in Ranshofen (Austria): Gautschi and HPI.
With decades of experience, the CRC offers hands-on training for your team on both a Gautschi vertical continuous casting line and an HPI horizontal casting line. This prepares your employees optimally for their future tasks in your foundry—competently, safely, and without production pressure.
Get familiar with the specific characteristics of both casting technologies and gain valuable practical experience in a realistic yet safe and controlled environment.
Kundenspezifisches Probenmaterial in kleinen Losgrößen
Sampel Material
At the Casthouse (R)Evolution Center, we produce aluminum alloys exactly to your specifications and dimensions—ideal for material testing, process trials, and qualification programs. Whether for forging, rolling, or extrusion trials:
We supply the right feedstock for your needs.
With a wide range of formats from 50 to 300 mm in diameter, you receive precisely the material quantities required for your test series. This allows you to evaluate new alloy concepts, process windows, or product ideas under realistic industrial conditions—while avoiding the high costs typically associated with special-order minimum quantities.
