The Casthouse (R)Evolution Center (CRC) was founded in 2020 and is a fully equipped casthouse for the light metals industry, with a focus on aluminum. It is used to produce materials to individual customer specifications, provide training, run small-series production, and further develop the casting technologies of the EBNER GROUP (HPI and Gautschi).

At the Casthouse (R)Evolution Center, Gautschi and HPI combine their foundry expertise into an end-to-end service offering. We support you in the process implementation and castability of aluminum alloys, produce customized sample and trial material, and qualify your operating personnel directly on our industrial-scale vertical and horizontal continuous casting lines.
This way, we take your materials and processes from the initial concept through pilot trials and into the foundry—hands-on, reproducible, and ready for series production.
